Beijing Zhuzong Group - providing assistance to the Mahoso General Hospital in Laos

The history of Mahoso Hospital can be traced back to 1903. In Laos, Mahoso means "treasure house of medicinal materials". From the emergency center of the past to the current general hospital, although the old campus has undergone several renovations, it can no longer meet the current demands. On November 14, 2017, the heads of state of China and Laos jointly attended the groundbreaking ceremony of Mahoso General Hospital in Vientiane and laid the foundation for the project together. This is a national aid project of great political significance and international influence, which has been highly valued by the leaders of both countries.

Aid the general hospital in Tunisia

The project is located in Sfakes, the second largest city in Tunisia. The total construction area of the hospital is approximately 26,000 square meters, including an outpatient and emergency medical technology complex building, an inpatient department, an administrative office building, and a logistics support building, with 246 beds. It has made positive contributions to improving the medical service level and enhancing the health and well-being of the people in Tunisia, and has become a monument in the history of China-Tunisia cooperation and an important bridge of friendship between the two countries.
